I love food. So much so that my favorite “hobby” used to be trying out different restaurants and recreating favorite meals. My body, however, has different opinions – and the foods I am able to eat are much more limited these days. We also tend to host large gatherings with all manner of food sensitivities catered to, and have been perfecting some of these recipes for literally decades.

Nightshade-free Enchilada Sauce
Oh, yes we can. Another recipe that even the nightshade-loving weirdos in my family thoroughly enjoyed! Bonus tip: make a giant batch and can it for future use! Your tastebuds will thank you.
Nightshade-free Salsa Verde
A nightshade-free salsa so good, you just might cry. Seriously.
Nightshade-free Nomato Sauce
